They are two non-buildable plots, which are available for sale together and are located on the plateau of Omalos, about one hour from the city center of Chania. The area is mountainous and the properties are at an altitude of 1050 m. The two plots are rectangular and have beautiful views. The rest of the section is forest, has a steep slope and dense vegetation. The second property is of 3, 545 m² and has dimensions of 38 m (frontage) * 93 m. This entire section is flat and cultivable. Both properties are easily accessible.

The plots are suitable for crops that thrive at high altitude. You also can place one mobile home or any other movable construction.
