The location is excellent and all the parts of the plot have nice views over the verdant plain of the Kiliaris River, towards the White Mountains and up to the sea and the bay of Souda. There are frontages on two opposite sides, at the highest and lowest areas of the land. The region is very quiet as the road ends in a dead-end after a few meters. Around the plot there are large green spaces. The area is ideal for cycling and walking in the nature. The village center, which is very close, has nice paved spaces and traditional, small shops. Within less than 2 km away is Plaka Square, where there are restaurants, cafes and mini-markets that operate all year round. Very close is also the wonderful beach of Almyrida, which has facilities and many good small taverns along the coast. The small town of Kalives, which is approximately 15 minutes' drive, has banks, pharmacies, schools, a long sandy beach as well as many shops and services. The city and the airport of Chania are about 40 and 45 minutes' drive, respectively.
