There are air conditioners in all the main rooms, aluminum doors and windows with screens and double glazing, security door and there is a smart card system with a slot that controls all electricity except the refrigerator. The property can provide you a significant income if you continue to manage it for tourist purposes but it can also become a wonderful residence for your own use. The sandy beach of Nea Chora is only 500 m away from the area. Within a short distance there are also all kinds of shops and services.
