The house is an excellent choice if you are looking for an independent residence at a low price, outside the city. It is arranged over two floors and has a small courtyard with a garden, a parking space for a car and a small storage room.

The ground floor is open-plan. It comprises a kitchen with lots of cabinets, a dining space and a living area. An internal staircase leads upstairs, where we find two bedrooms with built-in closets and a bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a balcony. An external staircase leads from the balcony to the tiled rooftop terrace, which offers unobstructed views of the White Mountains. This area is ideal for sunbathing but you can add barbecue or makeshift sunshade, in order to make it more usable. The residence has a stove on the ground floor while there are pipes already installed, if you want to add central heating with radiators and oil boiler.

Several tourists visit the area during the summer months while at the same time the village has an original, traditional character and is very quiet and picturesque. It also has taverns, cafes and large mini-markets that are open all year round. At a distance of approximately 10 minutes' drive is the small town of Vamos, where there are bank, supermarket and other shops. Within about 20 minutes' drive you can find the beaches of Georgioupolis and Kalyves, which have facilities. The city and the airport of Chania are about 40 and 50 minutes' drive, respectively.
