The house is located in the village Spilia of the municipal unit Kolymbari, in the municipality Platanias. The kitchen has a large dining area and plenty of cupboards. In the center, there is an island, which is moved by wheels and is topped by marble. From the kitchen, there is also access to the large family bathroom with shower and a washing machine.

A door opens from the kitchen to a part of the house, which can be used completely independently and is configured as a guest house. It is an open-plan area that has a small lounge, two beds, a fully functional kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It also has an exit to a part of the garden, which is also accessible separately from the outside alley. The door between the kitchen and the guest room is configured on one side as a decorative shelf so that the guests will have the feeling of complete privacy. This area is ideal for hosting family or friends and perhaps used for short-term rental to tourists that can provide significant extra income.

Right across from the front veranda, there is a wooden gate that leads to the main section of the garden. All this secluded space is surrounded by a high wall and entering inside creates an instant sense of tranquility. The large orange trees that existed before the landscaping have been kept in place while bananas, palm trees, ferns, many other plants, and countless flowers have been added in order to form a spectacular tropical paradise. Among other things, the garden has a large built-in table, an outdoor shower, and a kitchen with a breakfast bar, cupboards, sink, oven, and barbecue. The pool is elevated and fully enjoys the views that are offered by the plot to a grass-green valley and to the lush surrounding hills. The garden offers many options for relaxation in sunny or shaded areas. This is buildable land and allows you to construct another guest house or a closed parking area.

Around the residence, there are many storage areas. Among others, there is a storehouse of about 10 m² next to the house. There is also a building in the main garden, which is currently used as a carpentry workshop and is ideal for storing the exterior furnishings or to make into a garden room.
