The property is in an excellent location in the nature, on the edge of a traditional village of Kissamos. It comprises a large plot and consists of two stone buildings, the current layout of which allows the construction of three or four independent residences. Almost all areas have wonderful views over a lush plain and up to the sea.

A picturesque cobbled alley reaches the area. The rooms, which are not configured, allow you to construct a second large enough residence or an apartment on each floor. Within a few meters of the main building there is another two-storey building with an area of approximately 100 m², which needs roof replacement and repairs to the walls. Here, you can construct a nice guesthouse with its own courtyard and garden. The size of the building allows the construction of two bedrooms.

The property is an excellent choice for a large family or if you want to host friends. Alternatively, you can connect internally all the spaces of the main building and may build a large residence with many bedrooms and utility rooms. The property is also suitable for tourist use and has several areas. Therefore, you can stay in one part of the buildings and rent the rest.

The village is very quiet and has few and hospitable inhabitants. Just 1 km away is Topolia, which is on the way to the beach of Elafonisi and has several taverns and mini-markets. Within 20 minutes' drive is the small town of Kissamos, where there are banks, schools, supermarkets and all kinds of shops and services. The city and airport of Chania are about 50 and 60 minutes' drive, respectively.
