The village is on the way to the plateau of Omalos and to the botanical park of Crete, which is less than 10 minutes' drive away. Within 5 minutes there is the small town of Alikianos, where there are schools, a supermarket, a bank and several shops and services. The city and the airport of Chania are about 25 and 35 minutes' drive, respectively. The property is a very good choice for tourist use and can provide you a significant income.
