The house is built in an exceptional location, just 3 km from the center of the small town Kissamos. Nearby Kissamos has banks, large supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, schools, a police station, many shops and everything you need for your everyday living. It also has a long sandy beach with several options in quiet spots or beach bars with facilities. The port of Kissamos has routes to the island of Kithira and to the famous beach of Balos. The area is also convenient for visiting the famous beaches of Elafonissi and Falassarna. The city and the airport of Chania are about 40 and 50 minutes' drive, respectively.
