It is an old stone building that was constructed at the beginning of last century. It has not, however, been inhabited for some years after its restoration and therefore further repairs are needed. The location is ideal if you work at the airport or nearby NATO bases.

The kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar and on the floor there is a trapdoor, which opens onto an old cistern. The residence has two bedrooms and a two-room bathroom.

The home needs waterproofing in some areas, repair or replacement of the frames as well as a new bathroom and kitchen. The structure of the building is in very good condition and can become habitable with very little money. The village has many traditional buildings and is quite picturesque. The property is about 10 minutes' drive from Seitan Limania, one of the most famous beaches of the prefecture of Chania. The city center of Chania is approximately 25 minutes' drive while the arrivals and departures building is about 5 minutes away.
