The property is located in a seaside location of the municipality Platanias, about 25 minutes' drive west of the city center of Chania. The terrace of the upper floor has an external staircase, which leads to the garden and allows you with small modifications to separate the two floors, in order to have two independent apartments.

The villa has independent oil heating and air conditioning in the bedrooms and the main area. It is also equipped with a solar panel and has a satellite dish as well as telephone with internet connection. The floors are tiled and has wooden, traditional doors and windows with double glazing. All existing furnishings and the electrical appliances are of good quality and are included in the sale price. The property is also of excellent construction and, among other things, constitutes a very profitable investment for your money. You can buy the property as it is or at a much lower price, without the 397 m² garden on the back of the house.

The mildly developed area has very green spaces and mostly luxurious residences. Within walking distance there is a long pebbly beach, which has a section with amenities but its largest part is pretty quiet. Within walking distance you will also find restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy and some other stores. Within 5 minutes' drive is the small town Kolymbari, where you can find banks, many taverns, schools of all levels and more. The airport of Chania is approximately 40 minutes' drive.
