The property is located between the villages of Kampia and Plaka, in a beautiful neighborhood in the municipal unit of Vamos of the municipality Apokoronas. It comprises an open-plan kitchen and living area, a bedroom and a large bathroom with a bathtub. At the entrance of the apartment there is unused space, where a bunk bed is placed so that it can accommodate a total of up to 4 people. Patio doors lead to a small veranda and the garden.

The property has air conditioners in the main rooms and the bedrooms. On the upper open-plan area, there is an oil stove and pipes are installed on all floors so you can easily add central heating with radiators and oil boiler. At a distance of 7 km is the seaside town of Kalives, where there is also a beach with facilities as well as supermarkets, banks, schools, several shops and services. The distance from the city of Chania and the airport is about 35 and 40 minutes' drive, respectively.
