The storage room can be easily divided into two parts, in order to construct a fifth bedroom.

The house has air conditioning, solar panel, aluminum doors and windows with screens and double glazing as well as central heating with radiators and oil boiler. It is an excellent and luxurious choice as a permanent or holiday residence. The neighborhood has beautiful villas and areas with wild native vegetation. Just 150 m away is a rocky beach while the long, sandy beach of Almyrida, which has facilities, is about 1 km from the property. The center of Plaka, which is also a short walk away, has a supermarket and a pharmacy that operate throughout the year as well as several restaurants and cafes. In the picturesque, small town of Kalyves, which is 10 minutes' drive away, you will also find a nice beach, schools, banks and all kinds of shops and services. The center of Chania city and the airport are about 35 and 40 minutes' drive, respectively.
