The property is located in Spilia, a small village south of Kolimbari in the municipality of Platanias. It is an old stone-built residence, which has been lovingly renovated to meet modern standards, but also retains its strong traditional character. It has a separate twin bedroom and a large bathroom with a shower and a beautiful wooden ceiling. The guesthouse is ideal either for the accommodation of friends and family or for holiday letting that may bring you a significant annual income.

The exterior of the house offers many options for relaxation in the sun, under the shade of the trees, in the "hayat" or under the pergola before the main entrance.
