The property is situated on a northeast-facing slope, from where it offers excellent views of the sea and the bay of Almyros. The village is in the municipality of Apokoronas, 45 minutes' drive east of Chania and 40 minutes west of the city center of Rethymno. On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom with shower cabin.

An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and one is currently used as an office. There are balconies on both sides of the floor. The northern balcony is surrounded by glass windows and also has a wood stove. This area is the best part of the home.

The main residence is not directly connected with the studio of the basement. Its entrance is located in the courtyard and is adjacent to the pool area, which makes it suitable for the vacations of your friends or your relatives as well as for tourist use. The studio is very spacious. It is open-plan and comprises a living area, a dining space, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

In addition to the 141 m² of the residence, a part of the 18 m² basement area is used as a storage and boiler room. The property has central oil heating, which is independent for every floor. It has aluminum doors and windows with screens and double glazing, solar panel and air conditioners.
