The house is divided into two independent buildings with the main residence of 169 m² and an independent guesthouse of 49 m². The house is in a small development of stone houses on the edge of a traditional village in Apokoronas. The building is a restored old stone house. All the modifications have been made with special respect to the traditional character of the building and therefore many interesting architectural and other elements have been preserved that make the property unique. The building follows the slope of the ground and each room is on a separate level, where we go with stairs. In a slightly lower level than the living room are the kitchen and dining area. The bedroom of the main house is on the opposite side of the living room. The house has one more utility kitchen room, which is accessible from the courtyard and may also be used as a storage room or in case you want to add another bedroom in the future. The guesthouse is a large studio, which has its own bathroom with shower. It also has its own kitchen, dining area and living space while it also has an exit to its own part of the courtyard with excellent views. This space is bright and spacious and is perfect for hosting friends or even for professional use and therefore you can earn a significant extra income each year.

The house has underfloor heating powered by a Heat Pump. It has a solar water heater, satellite antenna, telephone/internet lines and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The windows are of a traditional aluminum type and wood color, with double glazing and screens. The sale price includes some of the furniture and electrical appliances.

The village is quiet and has a mini-market and two taverns. The area has many paths in nature and is suitable for cycling and hiking. About 4 km away are the beaches of Obros Gialos and Koutalas. Within 10-15 minutes' drive, you will find several nice beaches with facilities, such as Almyrida, Kalives and Georgioupolis. In Vamos, which is at a distance of about 10 minutes' drive and in Kalives there are all kinds of shops, restaurants and various services. Chania and the airport are about 40 and 50 minutes' drive, respectively.
