The house is luxurious and has alarm system, air conditioning in all the areas, underfloor central heating with oil boiler, satellite TV, two-ton backup water tank, solar panel as well as wooden doors and windows with screens and double glazing. The property is surrounded mainly by olive groves and wild vegetation while in the area, there are some more villas. Just 2 km away is the picturesque small town of Vamos, where you will find a bank, a supermarket, a medical center, a pharmacy, bakeries, restaurants and some other shops. Within a distance of 10 to 15 minutes' drive, there are countless places of historical interest and beautiful villages that are worth exploring.
