The property is a restored old stone house. The "hayat" is a covered welcoming area, where visitors used to park their transport animals when they arrived at the house. Very often, the housewives are also used to knit here, so they can socialize with the people right by the street in the front. The courtyard of the house is paved and comprises a private swimming pool of about 20 m² while has areas for relaxing in the shade or under the hot summer sun.

The two maisonettes have separate entrances but can be joined together relatively easily if you demolish an old wood oven between them. The property is fully equipped and is a running business with a ready and regular clientele. There is a solar panel and each maisonette has air conditioning and a wood stove. The property is suitable for the existing business use but you can also buy it as a holiday or permanent residence for your own use.

The village is very quiet and hospitable. Within a 5-10 minutes' drive, you will find several restaurants, where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine. Within 20 minutes' drive there are beautiful beaches such as Kalyves, Almyrida and Georgioupolis. At a distance of 10 minutes' drive is the small town of Vrisses, where you will find several shops, restaurants, banks, supermarkets and more. The city of Chania and the airport are about 40 and 45 minutes’ drive, respectively.
