From there, you can access to a bedroom-guestroom on the ground floor as well as the master bedroom that occupies the upper floor. The first floor bedroom is very spacious and has its own bathroom with bathtub as well as an exit to a large balcony with breathtaking views.

The house has central, underfloor, oil heating and solar panel. Many of the openings have an impressive vaulted shape. The doors and windows are wooden and traditional. At the same time, many more traditional elements such as the stone walls with many niches, the old oven, the wooden ceilings, the wooden floor of the upper level and more have been highlighted or added. The location of the property close to the sea combined with its unique features make it a very good choice, for residential use or for tourist purposes.

Within walking distance there are large supermarkets, a pharmacy and some shops for your daily needs. Almyrida also has many taverns and cafés along the coast as well as a beautiful sandy beach, which has facilities in its largest part. The seaside small town of Kalives, which is just 4 km away, has schools, banks, supermarkets, medical facilities and all kinds of shops and services. The city and the airport of Chania are about 35 and 40 minutes' drive, respectively.
