The area is in high demand as it is very close to the town of Chania and just a few kilometres from the sea and the sandy beach of Stalos. The distance from Chania is only 10 minutes, from the port and the airport is 15 minutes drive and 30 minutes, respectively. The purchase of this complex is a very smart financial investment as it already has a readymade clientele from all around the world from April- October, but also can work throughout the year. The average rental of the villa is 650 pounds per week in April and in October, 850 pounds in June and 1500 pounds per week in July/ August/September.
