It is located within walking distance of the popular friendly village of Litsarda, which has a couple of local tavernas, a great pizzeria and local shop selling everyday groceries. The main bedroom is extremely spacious, with full length fitted wardrobes and access to a lovely outside covered veranda, that gives fantastic views of the white mountains and the surrounding forest area. It also has the added benefit of a good sized en suite shower room with built in cupboards. All the upper bedrooms have access to an outside balcony with the second bedroom having also built in wardrobes.

Between the two residences there is a lovely swimming pool of 28 m². The pool has an underground pump house for easy maintenance which is on an automatic timer for ease of use for both filtration and the pool lighting system. There are large courtyards, verandas, seating areas and a large flower garden with views of the White Mountains surrounding the pool area. The property is fenced with a tall concrete wall around the full boundary that provides complete privacy. A large part of the plot has many fruitful trees, which are young but productive. The outdoor areas are landscaped with many flowers and paths while almost all of its parts have excellent views of the mountains and the surrounding area.

The shrubs and the trees between the main residence and the guesthouse have been planted in order to give an element of privacy from each other, except from the common areas. The detached guest house has an open-plan living, dining and large kitchen area. It has two bedrooms on the south side, a bathroom with a shower cabin and large verandas on the north and the east side. The location and beautiful layout of the independent guesthouse allow you to rent it for tourist purposes or just to host friends without disturbing each other.

The overall property is an excellent and well-priced choice given its size and its features. There are air conditioners in all rooms (both properties), independent heating for each building with oil boiler, two solar panels giving hot water as well as double glazed aluminium doors and windows with screens and shutters (the main house front upper and lower large patio doors having electric shutters). There is full internet access for both properties via Cosmote with a landline. The exterior areas are easy to maintain, and all trees/plants are on an automatic watering system. There is also a full external lighting system set on its own external board and timers for added security which has numerous uplighters to trees and plants that gives a magical look at night. The house is suitable for accommodation all year round, but it can become a great holiday home, been close to nature and at the same time very close to everything you need for your daily living. The area also has smaller, more secluded beaches with relatively easy access. The city and the airport of Chania are about 40 and 50 minutes' drive, respectively.
