This is an old stone residence. It is located in an extremely picturesque, traditional village of the municipal unity Krionerida, in the municipality Apokoronas. The greater part of the upper floor needs repairs but is habitable, while the ground floor is not configured.

The upper floor is independent and accessible via an external staircase. The main entrance of the floor is decorated with a stone-carved cornice. At the front is a large covered terrace with stunning views. On the first floor there are an open plan area, an old kitchen, two more rooms and a bathroom.

The house could be configured in many different ways and you can easily create two independent apartments upstairs and downstairs or join internally the spaces in a large single residence.

The village is very beautiful and has a tavern and café. About 3 km away is the beautiful town of Vryses, where there are banks, supermarkets, many taverns and several other shops and services. The nearest beaches are Georgioupolis and Kalyves, which are approximately 15 minutes' drive. Chania and Rethymno are approximately 35 minutes' drive and the airport of Chania, approximately 45 minutes away.
