On the first floor there is a sitting room with exit to a beautiful north balcony and a few steps up there is a loft-style bedroom. The property features a two-floor bathroom on the ground floor, which has a bathtub and marbled walls and floor.

The village is quiet enough and can cover your basic needs as it features a pharmacy, bakery, mini market, traditional café and more. About 5 km away is the small town of Kalives, where you will find banks, post office, supermarket, all kinds of shops as well as several cafes and taverns along a great sandy beach. The city and airport of Chania are about 25 and 30 minutes' drive, respectively.
