The purchase of the property is an inexpensive investment if you want to buy an immediately habitable residence. This is an old stone house, in which all major restoration works have been done and only some optional functional improvements are pending.

The village is relatively secluded, extremely quiet and is suitable for holidays away from the noises of the city. Within a short radius, you will find the historic Arkadi Monastery and the archaeological sites of Sivritos and ancient Eleftherna. Within 4 km from the property, there is a mini market that is open all year round. You will also find a larger supermarket and some other shops in the village of Kyrianna, about 11 km away. The center of Rethymno is about 35 minutes' drive and the airports of Chania and Heraklion about 1 hour and 30 minutes, respectively.
