The patio doors are bi-fold and when are open the entire floor turns into a huge semi-outdoor balcony overlooking the Souda bay. The open-plan area has high ceilings with wooden beams and therefore you feel that you live in a modern loft. It consists of a wonderful kitchen with many cupboards and the necessary electrical appliances, dining area, large living area and office space. There is also a bathroom with shower.

The location of the residence is its great advantage as you can enjoy the views of the picturesque landscape as well as the tranquility of the area from all its parts and all its floors. The property can be used for business purposes. It has aluminum frames with double glazing, screens and shutters, solar panel, air conditioners and independent oil heating with radiators. The sale price includes all the furnishings and the electrical appliances.

The village has traditional taverns, cafes and a well-stocked mini market. There is also a glass factory with handmade artifacts and a cultural association. About 2 km away from the residence are located the picturesque cove and the beach of Koutalas while 3 km away is the beach of Almyrida, which has facilities. In the village Kalyves, which is about 10 minutes’ drive' away, you will find all kinds of services and shops.
