The bedroom is separated from the living room by a stone arch and the bathroom is spacious and has a shower. The guesthouse is built in a corner of the plot so that there is no direct access to the main home and has complete privacy.

Most of the region consists of luxurious villas and vacation residences. About 2 km away is the nice sandy beach of Almyrida, which has facilities as well as several cafes and taverns, along it. There, you will also find a mini market, a pharmacy and some other shops that sell the essentials. At a distance of 7 km is the seaside town of Kalives, where there is also a beach with facilities as well as supermarkets, banks, schools, several shops and services. The city of Chania and the airport are about 35 and 40 minutes' drive, respectively.
