The residence is located on a large, independent plot of approximately 4,000 m². The construction has not been completed but is in the final stage and is for sale as it is. The area consists mainly of luxury villas and is situated about 45 minutes east of the city of Chania.

Although most of the surrounding residences are holiday homes, it is suitable for use throughout the year, as has central heating pipes that are ready to be connected. In a large part of the plot on the back of the property there are tall cypress trees, large oaks and wild vegetation, where you could make a dream garden.

Given its size and the very good area, the property is an excellent investment. In the nearby village, which has retained much of its traditional character, you will find a mini market, cafes and excellent taverns. Within five minutes’ drive there is the rocky beach of Obrosgialos. The nice beaches of Almyrida and Georgioupolis are about 15 minutes away. At a distance of 5 km is the small town of Vamos, which has schools, pharmacies, supermarkets and many other shops and services. The city and the airport of Chania are approximately 40 and 45 minutes’ drive, respectively.
