The balcony has wonderful views of the village and is accessible from the hallway and from the master bedroom.

The house was not built in order to be sold later and therefore its owners have used excellent materials. There are many traditional elements such as wooden ceilings in all the rooms, even in the bathrooms. The sale does not include the furniture, except the wardrobes of the two bedrooms. The property also has a boiler room and central heating pipes that are ready to be connected while the installation of the radiators and the boiler is pending. There are also a solar panel and aluminum frames with screens and double glazing.

The village has many permanent residents and several shops that operate all year round. Among others, you will find a mini market, pharmacy, bakery, taverns and cafes. In a short distance is also the small town of Alikianos, where there are banks, supermarkets, schools, medical center and some shops. The port of Souda and the airport are 30 and 40 minutes' drive, respectively.
