The entire building has aluminum doors and windows with double glazing. In the basement there is enough unused space, which allows you to construct two studios or one more spacious apartment.

The property is in a prominent location very close to the center and the beach of Kalyves. It offers unobstructed views of the White Mountains and above the bay of Souda. Kalyves has banks, schools, restaurants, supermarkets and many other shops and services. Many tourists visit the area during the summer months, which is a good starting point for those who want to explore the area of Apokoronas and at the same time to stay close to Chania and to have easy access to the city of Rethymnon. Rethymnon and Chania are 45 and 25 minutes' drive, respectively while Chania Airport is approximately 30 minutes away.
