Each bedroom has a walk-in closet with many cupboards and exit to a large northern balcony with pergola and sea views.

The basement is divided into two parts. A section is accessible only from the exterior space of the residence and is configured as a two-room studio, so that it is suitable for use as a guesthouse or for the accommodation of the staff. The rest of the basement is located in the main house and includes several storage rooms, two bright bedrooms, a large gym with a locker room, a laundry room, a hammam, a sauna and two bathrooms.

The construction of the building is of high quality and all the spaces are almost unused. The aluminum doors and the windows are heavy-duty with screens and double glazing. There are also an alarm system, a solar panel and a cooling-heating system with a heat pump. The sale price is below the cost of construction and comprises almost all the existing furnishings.

The area is an ideal starting point for excursions to the beautiful villages in the area. In the small harbors of Kalyves and Georgioupolis, which are about 15 minutes’ drive from the property, you will find many shops and services, excellent sandy beaches and many restaurants along the coast. The city of Chania and the airport are about 30 and 40 minutes’ drive, respectively.
