The property is located in a small and beautiful village, just 5 minutes' drive south of the small town of Kissamos. The rest of the floor is unfinished and comprises one more bedroom, a large entrance hall that can become a living area or a bedroom and a bathroom, where only the necessary pipes are installed.

The main house has central heating with radiators and oil boiler as well as wooden, double-glazed windows and doors. The basement has its own independent entrance and is currently used as a storage space. Just next to the residence there is a makeshift wooden guest house, where one bedroom and one bathroom have been constructed. The rooms of the guest house can be improved but if they will be configured properly, they can comfortably accommodate one or two people. Next to the home there is also a large space, which was used as a carpentry workshop. The roof of the workshop is made of sheet metal but you can replace it, in order to create another spacious guesthouse.

The property has great potential in the future and can be configured into a large luxury residence or even a small hotel. It is located in an excellent area and is surrounded mainly by olive groves while at the same time the nearby, small town of Kissamos attracts a lot of tourists, during the summer months. Kissamos has schools of all levels, large supermarkets, restaurants, banks, many other services and shops as well as a wonderful, long beach with sand. It is also a good starting point for excursions to the most famous beaches of western Crete, such as Elafonissi, Balos and Falasarna. The city of Chania is approximately 40 minutes' drive and the airport about 50 minutes.
