The house is built on a hillside with unobstructed views of the White Mountains and above the verdant valley of the Vrises and the river Boutakas. It consists of three floors and in the basement there is a nice two-bedroom apartment, which can become independent and may be used as a guest house.

On the upper floor we find three large bedrooms and a fourth that is currently used as an office. Each room, including the office, has a large built-in wardrobe. In the master bedroom there are also a walk-in closet as well as a storage room, which can be configured in order to construct an en-suite bathroom. There is also a covered southwest-facing balcony. On the floor there is also a bright bathroom with a shower cabin.

The guest room is not connected to the upper floors but a part of the basement is already used by the main home. Therefore, you could very easily construct a door in order to connect all the spaces. Before entering the guest room you pass through an area of the courtyard that is covered with a pergola and a vine, which creates a nice and cool atmosphere. The guest room is bright enough and consists of an open plan living and kitchen area, a large bathroom and two spacious bedrooms with wardrobes, air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The house is recently built but has traditional Mediterranean style. Due to its size, it looks like an old mansion. The village is quiet and has a traditional café and few permanent residents. About 1500 m away is the village of Agioi Pantes, where there are a mini market and a restaurant. Within 5 minutes' drive is the small town of Vamos, where there are a bank, schools, supermarkets, restaurants and some shops. At a distance of 15 minutes' drive you will find the wonderful beaches of Kalyves and Georgioupolis as well as several places of interest. The city and the airport of Chania are about 35 and 45 minutes' drive, respectively.
