The property is in a quiet location between the villages Gavalochori and Douliana of the municipality Apokoronas, east from Chania city. It is a plot with big cypress trees, which can be used immediately. The ground has a northwest slope and is divided into large flat terraces. The quite secluded area is surrounded mainly by olive groves and wild native vegetation with cypress and oak forests. A rural dirt road reaches the property and there is an asphalt road within 350 m.

The distance from the beautiful beach of Almyrida is about 5 minutes’ drive. Here, you will find a mini market, bakery, pharmacy as well as many cafes and taverns along the coast.
