The frontage is on a passable rural road while there is an asphalt road at a distance of only 250 m. Near the frontage a large part of the ground is flat and therefore ideal for any construction while then there is a rocky hillside, which ensures unobstructed views.

At a distance of about 500 m you will find a mini market, cafe and 2-3 taverns.
