2 CENTURY-OLD OLIVE TREES NORTH OF PALAIOCHORA

The plot is in a picturesque and quiet village, about 10-15 minutes drive north of Paleochora. It has a small size but is sufficient in order to build a detached house with a small garden. The land has a southern slope and there are two centuries-old olive trees, of which if you build you can keep one as it currently is or you may even remove them. The plot has a large frontage along its southern side on an asphalt road. It is on the edge of the village and is surrounded by countless olive groves.

The village has a traditional tavern while for anything else you have to go up to the nearby Paleochora or, alternatively, to Kandanos that is about 20 minutes' drive away. Both of these small towns have all kinds of shops and services, including a medical center, schools of all grades, places for food and more. Paleochora also has many beautiful beaches that make the plot a very good choice for holiday use. The city center of Chania is approximately 1 hour and 25 minutes' drive.
