FLAT PLOT IN THE COUNTRYSIDE NEAR KEFALAS

The property is in a quiet location, just outside the village Kefalas of the municipality Apokoronas. It is a buildable plot with a good shape, which is suitable if you want to build a luxurious residence in nature. The entire land is almost flat. It is bare near the frontage while at the back we find a well-maintained olive grove with about 30 olive trees. A rural road reaches this point while there is an asphalt road at a distance of about 250 m.

Several tourists visit the village during the summer months while at the same time it has an original, traditional character and is very quiet and picturesque. It also has tavernas, cafes and big mini-markets that are open all year round. At a distance of approximately 10 minutes' drive is the small town of Vamos, where there are bank, supermarket and other shops. Within about 20 minutes' drive you can find the beaches of Georgioupolis and Kalyves, which have facilities. The city of Chania is about 40 minutes' drive and the airport 50 minutes.
