The plot is at the southern edge of the frontier island of Gavdos, about 200 m outside a traditional village. It is a fenced flat property, which is used for seasonal crops. The point is easily accessible by agricultural vehicle and the plot is suitable for farm or livestock use. You can also legally place a mobile home as residence on the island during the summer.

The village has a tavern. Kastri, which is also the capital of the island, is about 3 km away. There, you will find some stores for your basic daily needs. The port of the island is about 10 minutes' drive away, as is Sarakiniko, which is the most famous beach with facilities. Around the property there are several paths, among them the one that leads to the famous beach of Tripiti in about 45-50 minutes on foot. Gavdos is an island with an area of only 30 square kilometers but with countless beautiful beaches. There are routes from the port of Sfakia or Paleochora almost daily all year round and more regularly during the summer.
