The property is in an excellent location in nature, where it is surrounded by olive groves and the wild Cretan landscape. It is a buildable plot with good shape, on which there are some olive trees and low shrubby vegetation. The ground is rocky, has a gentle southwest slope and from all points the views are unobstructed towards the White Mountains. From the highest point there are views to the north up to the sea in the background, which will be quite good if you build an upper floor. An accessible dirt road reaches the property while there is an asphalt road at a distance of about 350 m.

The nearby small town of Vamos has quite good facilities, a well-equipped mini market, schools of all levels, a medical center as well as a beautiful square with picturesque cafes and taverns.
