NORTH FACING LAND WITH UNOBSTRUCTED SEA VIEWS
The property is on a hillside with a northern slope, from where the views are excellent and unobstructed to the Gulf of Kissamos. Adjacent to the plot is a tap, from where the inhabitants of the village used to get their water.
The place is quiet and adjacent to the southern edge of the village. Within 5 minutes' drive from the property there are countless traditional and beautiful villages that are worth exploring, including Rokka with its famous annual cultural festival. The long beach of the Gulf of Kissamos is also very close, specifically Nopigia, where we find some restaurants and cafes. The largest part of the rest of the beach has no facilities and remains fairly quiet all year round. Within 10 minutes’ drive is Kissamos, which is a small town with all kinds of shops and services as well as a police station, schools of all levels, banks, restaurants and leisure areas as well as everything else required for your permanent living in area. The city and airport of Chania are 35 and 45 minutes' drive, respectively.
