ELEVATED AT THE VILLAGE FRINGE WITH SEA VIEWS

The plot is on the edge of a small and beautiful village of Kissamos. It is elevated and surrounded by countless olive groves. It has a large frontage on its south side. It is located on a hillside with a gentle southeast slope. From the eastern side, the plot offers excellent and unobstructed views up to the sea and the bay of Kissamos in the background. On the plot there are about 30 big and productive olive trees.

The region is sparsely populated but a short distance away there are several shops that sell the essentials. In the nearby small town of Kissamos you will find big supermarkets, banks, schools of all levels, restaurants, a long sandy beach with facilities and everything else you need for your daily needs. The location is also a good starting point for Falassarna, one of the most popular Greek beaches, which is about 15 minutes' drive. The city center of Chania is about 40 minutes' drive and the airport 55 minutes.
