A CORNER BETWEEN 2 BUSY STREETS OF APOKORONAS

The plot is located at the junction of two main municipal roads of Apokoronas, which lead to the villages of Vamos and Kaina, respectively. It is a flat plot with a good and almost rectangular shape. It has frontages from the north and from the east side, of 40 m long each. It has about 35 mature olive trees. The plot is suitable for residential purposes but mainly for commercial use as it has a high building ratio. Both roads have enough traffic all year round. From almost all points the views are beautiful towards the White Mountains.

Vamos is a picturesque small town of approximately 650 permanent residents and has schools of all levels, a bank, a police station, several shops and nice taverns, all within walking distance of the plot. The beaches of Kalyves, Almyrida and Georgioupolis, which have facilities and clear blue waters, are within a radius of up to 15 minutes' drive.
