FOR SMALL RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX WEST OF KISSAMOS

The plot is in a village of the municipality Kissamos, 10 minutes' drive west from its center. It is a rectangular plot, which has a good shape and there are mature and productive olive trees. In total you can build up to 480 m² for main residential use while the building regulations of the village allow you to divide the plot into two completely independent parts with 240 m² allowed buildable area in each. In this case each section will be almost square. Currently the plot has a 46 m long frontage on the south-west side * about 25 m. A rural road reaches the point, which is easily accessible by any conventional car while there is an asphalt road at a distance of about 100 m.

The location is quiet. It is sparsely populated but a short distance away there are several shops that sell the essentials. In the nearby small town of Kissamos you will find big supermarkets, banks, schools of all levels, restaurants, a long sandy beach with facilities and everything else you need for your daily living. The location is also a good starting point for Falassarna, one of the most popular Greek beaches, which is about 15 minutes' drive. The city center of Chania is about 40 minutes' drive and the airport 55 minutes.
