The plot is in a traditional village of Apokoronas, which has mainly permanent residents and has not been spoiled by the tourist growth of the island. It is only 100 m away from the central square of the village but the area is extremely quiet and ideal if you want to stay close to nature. Within a short radius you can walk among countless olive groves and tall cypress trees or at the foothills of the White Mountains.
