AN OLIVE GROVE BETWEEN VAMOS & GEORGIOUPOLIS
The property is in Sellia, a beautiful village of the municipal unit Vamos in the municipality Apokoronas. It is in the residential zone and has enough remaining buildable area in order to build a large house or a small residential or tourist complex. Within a radius of up to 10 minutes' drive, there are Vamos, Vryses and the seaside Georgioupolis, three small towns where you will find all kinds of shops and services that you need for your daily living. Among other things, there is a public, free medical center in Vamos while in Georgioupolis we find a long, sandy beach with areas with facilities or quieter spaces. The city and airport of Chania are about 40 and 50 minutes' drive, respectively. The picturesque city of Rethymnon is also about 30 minutes' drive.
