The plot is on a west-facing hillside, from where it offers excellent views to the sea and over the bay of ancient Falasarna. The ground is divided into two large flat terraces, between which there is an unofficial dirt road. The entire plot offers unobstructed views while from the highest level there are also views to the east, towards the surrounding hills that are covered with olive groves and native vegetation. The property is accessible by a passable, rural road, the largest part of which is flat with the exception of some separate points, where fixes may be required.
