The property is in a quiet spot just 1500 m from the center of the small town of Vamos. They are two adjacent plots of 6,582 m² and 6,399 m², which form a single area with a good shape. A rural road reaches the larger of the two while the second is accessible through the first. The land has an eastern slope. It is rocky and has some big trees, mostly carob trees. The road ends at the highest level while along the lowest level there is a beautiful stream. On the opposite hillside of the property there is a beautiful small forest that is classified by the forestry department. The views are impressive towards the White Mountains from all points. It is well-priced, given the features of the plot and constitutes, among other things, an excellent investment.

In the center of Vamos you will find schools of all levels, a police station, several shops, many picturesque taverns and a medical center. At a distance of up to 15 minutes’ drive are the beaches of Kalyves, Almyrida and Georgioupolis, which have facilities and crystal clear waters. Apokoronas, which is a popular tourist destination, has many more attractions. The city and the airport of Chania are about 35 and 40 minutes’ drive, respectively.
