LAND WITH PARTIAL SEA VIEWS IN A SMALL TOWN
The plot has a good, triangular shape with frontage on an asphalt road along the south-west side. The land is almost flat with a very gentle northern slope and there are about 25 mature and productive olive trees. The area of the village is relatively elevated. If you build an upper floor, you will have beautiful views of the hills that surround the plain of the Tavronitis river, which reaches the sea in the background from the north side. The plot is a good choice for the construction of a detached house with a large garden or a small residential complex for resale or use.
In the center of Voukolies you will find a pharmacy, bakery, supermarket, restaurants and some shops for your daily needs all year round. Within 10 minutes’ drive is the seaside village of Tavronitis, where there are several more shops and a long pebbly beach that has areas with facilities or quieter places. The city and the airport of Chania are about 30 and 40 minutes’ drive, respectively.
