FLAT RECTANGULAR OLIVE GROVE BY AN ASPHALT ROAD

The plot is almost rectangular with average dimensions of about 40 m * 26 m along the frontage. The ground is almost flat with a very gentle southeast slope and the frontage is on an asphalt road at the highest level along the northwest side. It has 20 olive trees, which are in good condition and productive. The views are obstructed only by the trees. If you build, then from the upper floor the views will be beautiful over the village and the plain of the river Tavronitis.
