IN THE RESIDENTIAL ZONE SUITABLE FOR A COMPLEX
The plot is in a traditional village of Apokoronas, about 5-10 minutes south of the seaside small town of Kalyves. The village has enough permanent population while the plot is on a quiet dead-end side road about 500 m away from the central square. The land is flat and there are about 35 old olive trees as well as some fruit trees. The entire plot is fenced with dry-stone wall and metal wire mesh while there is access from an asphalt road on the east side. The views are excellent towards the White Mountains but also up to the sea in the background, especially if you build an upper floor.
