The property is in an excellent location, just a few steps from the long beach of the area. It consists of two sections that form a rectangular area that is separated by an old rural road. The larger of the two is a 4,432 m² plot, which has a good rectangular shape and frontages along the north and along the west side. The plot is currently used for seasonal crops. The smaller section is a non-buildable plot of 666 m² on the sea side with an almost square shape.
