LAND ON A SOUTHEAST FACING SLOPE IN NATURE

The plot is in a traditional semi-mountainous village of the municipality Platanias, approximately 30 minutes south of the northern coast of the prefecture. It is on a hillside with a southeast slope and at its lowest level there is frontage to a road, which is paved with cement. The village is also on the way to the southern coasts of the prefecture and the beach of Sougia while the plot is on a quiet side road away from traffic. The route to the property is very picturesque and within a short distance there are many beautiful villages that are worth exploring. The center of Chania is about 40 minutes' drive and the airport about 50 minutes.
